How to receive USDT on the right network

Choose the USDT network first, then copy the receiving address shown for that asset. The sender must use the same network; a matching address alone is not enough.

Choose the asset and network

Open your SwiftAza wallet and find USDT in the asset list. Read the network label beside it: USDT on Ethereum and USDT on Solana are separate assets on separate networks. Select the entry that matches the sender’s withdrawal network.

If the sender only offers a network you cannot find in your wallet, stop and confirm support before transferring. Never choose a different network just because its withdrawal fee is lower.

Copy your receiving address

Open Receive for the selected asset. Check the asset name and network in the receiving panel before copying its address or showing its QR code. Share your public receiving address and the network name with the sender.

A receiving address is different from a token contract or mint address. Contract and mint addresses identify an asset; they are not your personal deposit address. Never share your recovery phrase or private key to receive a payment.

Check the withdrawal before confirming

On the sending wallet or exchange, select USDT and the same network, then paste your receiving address. Compare the pasted address with the one in SwiftAza. Review the withdrawal fee, minimum amount and any extra fields requested by the sender.

For an unfamiliar route, consider a small test transfer that meets the sender’s minimum. Wait for it to arrive before sending a larger amount. A confirmed blockchain transfer generally cannot be cancelled.

Find a transfer that has not appeared

Ask the sender for the transaction hash and check it in the explorer for the network used. Confirm its status, destination and token. A pending withdrawal inside an exchange may not yet have a blockchain transaction.

If the explorer confirms the correct transfer but SwiftAza shows “Balance unavailable”, the balance connection may have failed. That message does not establish that the funds are missing. Keep the transaction hash and contact support with public transaction details only.

Receiving and spending have different fees

The sending service may charge a withdrawal fee. To send tokens out later, you may need the network’s native coin for transaction fees, such as ETH on Ethereum or SOL on Solana. Having USDT alone does not necessarily cover those fees.
