SwiftAza Create a free wallet

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

SwiftAza has no accounts and no ID checks. Your keys and recovery phrase stay on your device, and we don’t keep a database of users. This page explains the little information that does move, and where it goes.

The short version

  • No sign-up, no email, no ID checks (no KYC) to use SwiftAza.
  • Your recovery phrase and keys are encrypted on your device and never sent to us.
  • No tracking cookies, ads or personal analytics. We only count anonymous totals, such as how many swaps happened today. If you join Invite & earn, we keep the public wallet addresses needed to pay rewards.
  • Blockchains are public: anyone can see transactions on them.

Who we are

SwiftAza is a self-custody crypto wallet made by Deepmynd Technologies Ltd (“SwiftAza”, “we”). You can reach us at info@swiftaza.io. This policy covers the SwiftAza website, web app and mobile apps.

What we don’t collect

You don’t create an account with SwiftAza, so we never ask for your name, email address, phone number, ID documents or selfies. We don’t run identity checks (KYC) on you.

  • We never see or store your recovery phrase (the 12 or 24 words that control your wallet).
  • We never see or store your private keys or your passcode.
  • We don’t keep a database of users or balances. The only wallet addresses we keep are the public ones needed for Invite & earn (see below), and only if you use it.
  • We don’t use advertising, tracking cookies, fingerprinting or third-party analytics tools, and we don’t build a profile of you.

What stays on your device

The app saves a few things on your device so it can work: in your browser’s storage on the web, or in your phone’s secure storage in the mobile app. This information never leaves your device unless you copy it somewhere yourself, and clearing the site data or deleting the app removes it.

  • Your recovery phrase and private key, encrypted with your 4-digit passcode.
  • Your public wallet addresses (the addresses you share to receive crypto).
  • Your settings, such as light or dark mode and search engine.
  • Recently loaded prices and charts, so the app still shows something if a price service is down.
  • Whether you’ve finished the intro and accepted these terms.

What is sent over the internet

To show balances, prices and history, the app has to ask other computers for public blockchain data. In those requests your public wallet address and your device’s IP address are visible to the service answering, as with visiting any website. Your keys and recovery phrase are never part of these requests.

  • SwiftAza’s server: looks up balances, transaction history, prices and swap quotes for your public addresses. It answers the request and does not save your address to a database.
  • Blockchain data services your browser contacts directly: PublicNode (Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana), mempool.space and Blockstream (Bitcoin), BlockCypher (Dogecoin) and Solana’s public network.
  • CoinGecko, for market prices.
  • LI.FI, through our server, to find swap routes. Swaps are then signed on your device and sent to the blockchain.

Anonymous usage counts

To keep SwiftAza running well, the website and apps send our server simple counts, such as “a page was viewed”, “a wallet was created”, “a swap completed worth about $40” or “a blockchain service didn’t answer”. These are added to daily totals and nothing else is kept.

With each count we may include: which page or feature, the platform (web, iPhone or Android), the device type (phone, tablet or computer), your time-zone region (for example “Africa/Lagos”) and the website that linked you to us (just the domain, such as google.com).

  • Counts never include your wallet address, recovery phrase, keys, balances, email, name or IP address.
  • We don’t set cookies or device IDs, so counts can’t be linked to you or to each other.
  • If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal, the website sends no counts at all.

Optional: Invite & earn and the Founding Member badge

Invite & earn needs no account. Your invite link contains your public Ethereum wallet address, which is where rewards are paid.

When someone who opened an invite link makes their first swap, their wallet signs a short message saying who invited them. The website or app then sends us that signed message and the swap’s transaction ID. We check the swap with our swap partner LI.FI (that it finished, came from that wallet and went through SwiftAza) before it counts.

During the Founding Member period, the transaction ID and wallet address of a completed swap are also sent so the wallet can receive the badge.

  • What we keep: the invited wallet’s public address, the inviter’s public address, the swap’s transaction ID, its US dollar value and fee, and the rewards we paid (with the payment’s transaction link).
  • What we don’t keep: names, emails, phone numbers, IP addresses or device IDs. Wallet addresses and transactions are already public on the blockchain.
  • Why: to work out and pay rewards, to stop the same swap being counted twice, and to show the Founding Member badge.
  • If you never open an invite link and don’t swap during the Founding Member period, none of this is sent.
  • You can ask us to delete the invite record for your wallet at info@swiftaza.io. Rewards already earned can’t be paid after that.

Server logs

Like almost every website, the company that hosts our server automatically records basic technical logs of requests: the time, your IP address and the address requested, which can include a public wallet address. These logs are used to keep the service secure and fix problems. They are kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider, and we don’t combine them with other information to identify you.

Optional: Buy & Sell and Yellow Card

Buying or selling crypto with a bank card or local money is optional and provided by independent companies (currently Paybis, Transak, MoonPay and, in Africa, Yellow Card). Because they handle real-world money, the law requires them to verify their customers’ identity. If you choose to use them, the amount, currency and wallet address (and, for Paybis, your email address) are passed through our server to that provider to start your order. For Yellow Card, our server only signs a link containing your wallet address and the coin you chose. We don’t store this information. The provider’s own privacy policy and terms then apply. You never need these providers to use the rest of SwiftAza.

Contacting us

The contact form on our website doesn’t send anything to our server. It opens your own email app with a message for you to send. If you email us, we receive what you choose to write and use it only to reply to you.

Blockchains are public

Every transaction you make is recorded on a public blockchain such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana or Dogecoin. Anyone can see the addresses, amounts and times involved, and these records can’t be changed or deleted by anyone, including us.

Your choices

Because we don’t hold personal data about you, there is no account for us to show, export or delete. The anonymous daily totals described above can’t be linked to you. You control everything stored on your device: you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data or deleting the app. Back up your recovery phrase first, because without it nobody can restore your wallet.

Children

SwiftAza is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly deal with children’s information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how SwiftAza handles information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
