Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These are the rules for using SwiftAza. In short: SwiftAza is software that helps you manage a wallet you fully control. We never hold your crypto, so we can’t freeze, reverse or recover it, and you’re responsible for keeping your recovery phrase safe.

The short version

  • SwiftAza is self-custody software. Only you control your wallet.
  • Transactions on a blockchain are final and can’t be reversed.
  • Lose your recovery phrase and nobody, including us, can restore your wallet.
  • Nothing in SwiftAza is financial advice.

1. Agreement

SwiftAza is provided by Deepmynd Technologies Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the SwiftAza website or app you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosure. If you don’t agree, don’t use SwiftAza.

2. What SwiftAza is

SwiftAza is non-custodial wallet software. It runs in your browser and as a mobile app, creates or restores wallets on your device, shows public blockchain information, and lets you sign transactions yourself. There are no SwiftAza accounts and no identity checks to use the wallet.

We are not a bank, exchange, broker or custodian. We never take possession of your crypto, and we don’t hold funds on your behalf.

3. Who can use SwiftAza

SwiftAza is available worldwide. To use it you must:

  • be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these Terms;
  • not be a person or entity named on a sanctions list, or located in a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions; and
  • make sure using crypto and SwiftAza is legal where you live. You are responsible for following your local laws and paying any taxes on your crypto activity.

4. Your wallet, your keys

Your wallet is controlled by its recovery phrase and private keys, which are created and encrypted on your device. We never receive them, so:

  • we can’t access, move, freeze or recover your crypto;
  • we can’t reset your passcode or restore a wallet if you lose your recovery phrase; and
  • anyone who gets your recovery phrase can take your crypto. Never share it, and never type it into a website or app you don’t trust. SwiftAza staff will never ask for it.

5. Transactions

You choose and approve every transaction. Before you confirm, check the address, amount and network carefully. Blockchain transactions are final: once sent, they can’t be cancelled or reversed. Each network charges its own fee, which is paid from your wallet and is never received by SwiftAza.

6. Swaps and DeFi

Swaps in SwiftAza are routed through independent decentralized exchanges, bridges and aggregators (currently via LI.FI). These run as smart contracts that we don’t own or control. Quotes are estimates: the amount you receive can differ within the slippage limit shown, and routes across networks can take several minutes. Some swaps first ask you to approve a token so a smart contract can move it. Only approve swaps you understand.

7. Third-party services

Some features rely on services run by other companies, such as blockchain data providers, price feeds, swap routers, P2P partners (such as Peer) and the optional Buy & Sell providers (currently Paybis, Transak, MoonPay and, in Africa, Yellow Card). Buy & Sell providers process card, bank and mobile money payments, so they verify identity under their own rules. Those services have their own terms, we don’t control them, and we aren’t responsible for their availability, prices or actions.

8. Fees

The wallet is free to use, and sending and receiving carry no SwiftAza fee. You pay network fees to the blockchain.

Swaps include a SwiftAza service fee of up to 0.5% of the amount you swap. It is included in the quote, so the amount you’re shown before you confirm is what you can expect to receive (within the slippage limit). The fee is collected by the swap smart contract, not taken from your wallet separately.

Third-party services, such as decentralized exchanges and Buy & Sell providers, may charge their own fees, which are shown before you confirm. Buy & Sell providers may pay us a commission from their fees at no extra cost to you. If we change our fees, we’ll update these Terms first.

9. Invite rewards

Invite & earn is an optional promotion. When a wallet you invited completes a swap through SwiftAza, you may earn a share of SwiftAza’s swap fee from that swap. The current share, the minimum payout and how rewards are paid are shown on the Invite & earn screen and may change at any time. Changes don’t affect rewards already earned.

  • A wallet can be linked to one inviter only, and the first confirmed invite stays.
  • Only completed swaps that SwiftAza can verify count. Swaps that fail, are refunded or can’t be verified don’t earn rewards.
  • We may withhold rewards, or end your participation, if we reasonably believe the program is being abused, for example through fake or automated activity, or swaps made only to farm rewards.
  • Rewards are paid in crypto to the wallet address in your invite link. You are responsible for any taxes on them.
  • The Founding Member badge is a thank-you for early users. It has no cash value and gives no ownership, voting or other rights in SwiftAza or Deepmynd Technologies Ltd.
  • We may change or end Invite & earn at any time. If it ends, rewards you have already earned and that meet the minimum payout will still be paid.

10. No financial advice

Prices, charts and explanations in SwiftAza are general information, may be delayed, and are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Crypto prices can rise or fall sharply. Make your own decisions, and consider independent advice.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SwiftAza to:

  • break any law, including laws against fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion;
  • deal in stolen funds or proceeds of crime;
  • attack, overload, reverse-engineer for harm, or interfere with SwiftAza or its users; or
  • pretend to be SwiftAza or use our name to mislead people.

12. The software

SwiftAza is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it safe and reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device, network or token. Features marked “coming soon” are not yet available. We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time. Because your wallet lives on its blockchains, you can always restore it in another compatible wallet using your recovery phrase.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from: lost or shared recovery phrases or passcodes; transactions you approve, including sending to a wrong address or network; price changes; the actions or failures of blockchains, smart contracts, bridges or third-party services; or events outside our reasonable control. Where the law does not allow these limits, our liability is limited to the minimum amount the law permits. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

14. Your responsibility to us

If you break these Terms or the law while using SwiftAza and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and for important changes we’ll show a notice in the app. If you keep using SwiftAza after a change, the new Terms apply.

16. Disputes

If you have a problem, please contact us first at info@swiftaza.io and we’ll try to resolve it informally. If we can’t resolve it within 60 days, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, before one arbitrator, conducted online and in English. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Deepmynd Technologies Ltd is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This doesn’t prevent either side from seeking urgent relief from a court, or remove mandatory rights you have where you live.
